This is NEW!!!!   Try the "Prayer Request Page" - you don't have to be logged in or have a System ID --- you can fill out a prayer request form.  It won't show up in the Prayer Room until a moderator approves it -- this is so people who stumble on this and abuse it can be weeded out.
